Pain Points

Delivery is moving. Governance is trying to keep up.

Missed notice dates, last-minute forecast rebuilds, and reporting stitched together from spreadsheets are still normal for many client-side teams. FlowMetrics is built to change that.

01
Data Risk

The Same Commercial Story Rebuilt in Five Different Files

  • The valuation tracker.
  • The cost plan.
  • The risk register.
  • The monthly board report.

The same numbers are copied from sheet to sheet, then checked again before every report. Time goes into admin instead of decision-making.

Common on live schemes

02
Drawdown Risk

The Drawdown Position You Had to Reconstruct Before the Call

Your lender or funder wants the latest position now, but the payment trail, valuation status, and forecast exposure sit across disconnected files and emails.

Common on live schemes

03
Governance Risk

The Risk Register Everyone References and Nobody Really Owns

Actions, notices, programme pressure, and cost movement are discussed every month, but the audit trail behind those decisions is thin or missing.

  • Instruction and variation trail with cost impact

Workflow

A monthly control cycle your whole team can actually follow

FlowMetrics supports the recurring rhythm of valuation, review, action, and reporting that sits behind effective project governance.

1. Configure the project workspace

Foundation live

Set the project up once, from the live contract and delivery structure.

Contract logic, valuation cadence, notice periods, project roles and reporting structure are configured into one shared workspace rather than rebuilt in separate spreadsheets.

Why it matters

Each step updates the same commercial record, so the next team and the next report inherit live project truth rather than a copied version of it.

Reporting that is ready before the board pack deadline.

FlowMetrics turns live project data into funder, investor, and board-ready outputs without the monthly scramble to rebuild the commercial position from scratch.

Executive Summary
The project continues to progress broadly in line with programme. Ground-floor slab to Block B was poured on 12 March and passed structural inspection. The contractor has flagged a potential 10-week overrun on the MEP package due to procurement delays on the ASHP units - a formal Early Warning Notice has been received and risk RISK-08 has been updated accordingly. The forecast final account position has moved to £44.1m (+£2.1m), principally driven by the geotechnical variation and the approved Employer's Instruction for the cycle store redesign. The funder's independent surveyor reviewed the project on 8 March and no issues were raised. Next drawdown is scheduled for 22 April 2026.
