Executive Summary
The project is forecasting a 10-week delay to the MEP package, and the Block B superstructure milestone is now four weeks behind. Ground-floor slab to Block C was poured on 12 March and passed structural inspection. The contractor has flagged a potential 10-week overrun on the MEP package due to procurement delays on the ASHP units - formal notice of the delay has been received and risk RISK-11 has been updated accordingly. The forecast final account position has moved to £13.23m (+£630k), principally driven by the geotechnical variation and the approved Employer's Instruction for the cycle store redesign. The funder's independent surveyor reviewed the project on 8 March and no issues were raised. Next drawdown is scheduled for 22 April 2026.
